Jin Shin Jyutsu (pronounced Jin Shin Jootsoo) brings us to a new level of awareness and offers us the chance to clean up our act. It’s history spans over 5,000 years and is documented in various ancient scripts including the Kojiki (an ancient Japanese text).
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a way to balance our life energy and achieve optimum health. It shows us how to use hands-on sequences to restore emotional equilibrium, relieve pain and release the cause of both acute and chronic conditions. It can be used safely in conjunction with any other therapy or medications and can be used anywhere and at any time.
At the simplest level, each organ flow/pathway can be harmonized by utilizing the breath and holding the fingers. The finger holds, or mudras, are the foundation of Jin Shin Jyutsu self help and offer us simple solutions for total harmony. Not knowing anything else about Jin Shin Jyutsu, this is something we can easily do to help ourselves…. hold fingers, thumb and palm.
