As humans, our natural state of being is pure and radiant health but how many of us can say we get to enjoy this very often?
Why do we feel better when we’re on holiday, enjoying a long weekend, taking time out with grandchildren or having a week day supper with friends?
Because we let go! Our mind relaxes first, and our body follows. When we are in this relaxed state, we can begin to let go of stress and worries in life. When we let go, the body breathes a sigh of relief.
We cannot begin to comprehend how all of the intricate functions and systems of the human body work together to keep us healthy…it all just happens.
When the mind gets busy, body functions slow down to accommodate it.
Sit quietly for five minutes and let go of the world. BE exactly where you are at and just Breathe.
Live in the NOW and be mindful….not mind-FULL!
